How Masterswing handles coaching data

What we collect

Student and guardian names, optional email addresses, golf swing videos, coach annotations, written and voice feedback, progress scores, camera view, club selection, and access records.

Why we use it

We process this information only to provide private golf coaching, deliver feedback, track progress, protect accounts, and operate the service.

Who can access it

Authorised Masterswing coaches and the individual student account linked to the swing. Student reviews no longer accept the shared submission code.

Children and guardians

A parent or legal guardian must consent for a minor. For children aged seven or older, Masterswing should also obtain the child’s informed agreement where required by Vietnamese law.

Retention and deletion

Active coaching records are retained while needed for the coaching relationship. Videos moved to Trash remain recoverable for 30 days and are then permanently removed. Students or guardians may request access, correction, export, withdrawal of consent, or deletion.

Security

Media is stored privately, access is protected by signed sessions, repeated login failures are temporarily locked, and media is not used for advertising, social media, or AI training without separate consent.

Contact Masterswing through msgolfvn.com to request access, correction, export, withdrawal, or deletion. Identity may be verified before a request is completed.

This notice is designed to support Vietnam’s personal-data requirements, including the Law on Personal Data Protection and its implementing rules. It should be reviewed by qualified Vietnamese counsel before commercial launch.
