Coaching service

The Player Hub supports golf instruction and communication. Feedback is educational and does not guarantee performance outcomes.

Accounts

Access codes are personal and must not be shared. Users must notify Masterswing if a code is lost or misused.

Video submissions

Players or guardians confirm they have permission to upload each video and consent to private storage and coaching review. Uploading unlawful, harmful, or unrelated material is prohibited.

Minors

A parent or legal guardian must authorise use by a minor and supervise account access where appropriate.

Availability

Masterswing aims to keep the service available but may perform maintenance or suspend access to protect students, data, or the platform.

Deletion

Deleted media first enters the coach’s Trash area. Permanent deletion removes the stored media and associated review and cannot be reversed.
